  • 1 cup – Warm Water or brewed Yerba Mate tea
  • 2 tbsp – Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother
  • 1 whole – Lime freshly juiced
  • 1 tsp – Fresh Ginger grated
  • 1 pinch – Pink Himalayan Salt

  • Tall Glass or Mug
  • Teaspoon (for stirring)
  • Knife (to cut the lime)
  • Small Grater (for the fresh ginger)
  • Citrus Juicer (optional, for extracting lime juice)
  • Strainer (optional, if you prefer a smoother drink)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Base: Pour the warm water (or steep Yerba Mate tea for 5 minutes) into a large glass.
  2. Add Acids: Stir in the raw apple cider vinegar and the fresh juice of one lime.
  3. Boost Flavor: Add the grated ginger and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt. Stir vigorously until the salt dissolves.
  4. Serve: Drink immediately while warm, preferably on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Notes

For best results, use organic ingredients to avoid pesticides.
If the taste is too strong, you can dilute it with more water or add a single drop of liquid stevia.
